This Trollbeads blog brings a preview of the upcoming Trollbeads Summer 2017 starter bracelets featuring formerly limited edition glass.
June the 30th sees the launch of the Trollbeads Summer 2017 collection (though pre-orders actually begin next week on June the 23rd.) The collection itself is small, consisting of two pairs of earrings but an amazing set of stoppers. All are themed around the Dancing Butterfly design (but for me those are Golden Snitch stoppers!) Despite the tiny size of the release, Trollbeads seem to want to refocus on unique glass and new designs have been promised for the summer season. This seems consistent with a discussion Lise Aagaard delivered at last year’s Trollbeads at the Beach event hosted by Blooming Boutique.

Aside from the new Dancing Butterfly products and new uniques, there’s a small series of new starter or campaign bracelets and bangles also launching. These feature glass beads from the Trollbeads Summer Coolness Kit. Some of you may remember this was a limited edition glass set from the Bohemian Summer release of 2014. They’re available alongside the summer release on June the 30th.

Trollbeads Summer 2017 Starter Bracelets
The bracelet sets include a lock, chain and a choice of some of the Summer Coolness Kit. In terms of locks there’s a choice between the Trollbeads Flower Lock or the Basic Lock. The former will retail at $99 while the latter will be $72.

Alternatively you can opt for the copper bangle sets and these offer a choice of either the original Trollbeads Copper Bangle or the newer twisted version. The former will retail at $89 while the latter will be $75.

Trollbeads Summer 2017 Starter Bracelets Summary
It’s interesting that the spring starter bracelets used the Summer Nature Kit, also from the Bohemian Summer collection. I actually liked both of these kits and have a few of the designs in multiples. They pre-date the copper collection and the Summer Coolness Kit in particular looks lovely against the warmer metal.
