Prior to this it was all bracelets and though it would be overly dramatic to proclaim them life changing, they did revolutionise how I wear charms. My affair with the Trollbeads bangle was immediate and over the past few years I have become predominantly a bangle wearer. Trollbeads Bangles
I lead a pretty active lifestyle with horses at home and when I’m not tending them, I’m working. Countless hours spent typing make bracelet wear very uncomfortable as I always had beads trapped between my desk and my wrist. The Trollbeads bangles are actually more of a cuff as they’re open ended and via the use of stoppers, beads are “pinned” to the top of your wrist. This alleviated all of the issues with beads digging into the underside of my wrists. Due to the low profile styling and the use of stoppers, beads stay precisely where you place them. Most bead bangles ultimately succumb to gravity with the beads ending up underneath the wrist.

Wrists do vary in shape as much as size so different styles can suit different people. Many of the issues I find people encounter with the Trollbeads bangle however, is due to wearing the wrong size. Below you’ll find the official size guide from the brand themselves.
- XXS = 14-16 cm / 5.5 – 6.5 inches
- XS = 17-18 cm / 6.5 – 7.5 inches
- S = 19-20 cm / 7.5 – 8.5 inches
- M = 21-22 cm / 8.5 – 9.5 inches
- L = 23-25 cm / 9.5 – 10.0 inches
