This Pandora charm bracelet blog brings a complete overview of the Pandora Disney Spring 2017 collection.

A couple of weeks ago the Pandora Spring 2017 collection made it’s global debut. Due to juggling a lot of other things (work, new puppy, a huge amount of social media drama,) I was ridiculously late in publishing the preview. Sorry! My overview covered only the main Pandora charms collection as opposed to also featuring the new pieces for Pandora Essence, Rose and of course their amazing Disney line.

Being in Europe I still have little direct exposure to the Pandora Disney collection, though I’m sorely tempted to do a little shopping in the USA next month but I most definitely appreciate from afar. Today I’m presenting a complete overview of the new pieces for the spring collection.

Pandora Disney Spring 2017

The core spring release (that is to say the charms available across markets where Pandora Disney is available,) are themed for Beauty and the Beast, Winnie the Pooh, Tinker Bell, Donald & Daisy Duck and a beautiful commemorative charm celebrating the eightieth anniversary of Snow White.

First are the new Pandora Disney Beauty and the Beast charms and these are sure to be popular given the cinematic release of the movie. The only actual character charm making an appearance is Mrs Potts (retailing at $50,) though do remember Pandora have visited Beauty and the Beast with earlier designs. Also launching is the stunning Pandora Disney Belle’s Radiant Rose ($90) which is similar in design to the Radiant Hearts but naturally features the most exquisite rose motif. Finally comes the lovely Beauty & the Beast Bangle featuring a rose clasp with cubic zirconia detailing. The text reads “true beauty is found within” and I have to confess I would have preferred to see “tale as old as time” just to remain a little more loyal to the story.

Pandora Disney Parks Spring 2017 Collection

Aside from the main collection, there are charms exclusive to the various Disney parks and online at the official Disney Store website. The charms are the Pandora Disney Alice’s Teacup, Carousel and Dumbo are all designed to represent classic park rides. The Pandora Disney Duffy and Shellie Mae are apparently represent characters at Disney Tokyo and finally come new Mickey and Minnie Mouse charms. The Pandora Disney Cruise Ship is only available on-board their liner and the Pandora Disney Shanghai charm with it’s gold core is exclusive to the park itself.

Pandora Disney Parks Spring 2017 Summary

I always receive questions regarding the shipping of Pandora Disney charms and their availability in Europe. The Disney Store website will ship globally but they do so at insured jewellery prices so it’s easy for the shipping to be more expensive than an actual charm. At present Pandora don’t have Disney licensing for Europe so aside from shopping with the Disney Store, you need to recruit friends to help.

Alternatively do remember that Chamilia have Disney rights for Europe and the recent Chamilia Beauty and the Beast collection is lovely.

You can purchase those charms from Ernest Jones or H Samuel in the UK (and please note these links are affiliate) or via Beads Fanatic in Spain and they will ship globally.

I’m still terribly jealous of those who have easy access to the Pandora Disney collection (and keep hoping that the licensing issues can be resolved to see both Chamilia and Pandora available globally.)

The highlight of this release for me is undoubtedly the Belle’s Radiant Rose charm and I think this might be what I go seeking in the USA. Belle has always been my favourite Disney princess as she’s as obsessed with books and the written word as I.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the Pandora Disney Spring 2017 collection? Have any of you indulged? Hit the comments and let me know!
