This Ohm Beads blog brings a complete preview of the upcoming Ohm Beads Yellowstone collection.

The Ohm Beads September releases are really strong with Unicorny and Baby Argh amazing designs in my eyes. Following the release of the collection names, there was a lot of speculation and discussion surrounding the Ohm Beads Yellowstone collection. It actually consists of three silver beads named the Ohm Beads Dancing Coyotes, Brave Bison and Moosing Around. The Brave Bison will retail at $95. While Moosing Around and Dancing Coyotes are $70. They’ll launch on September the 1st alongside the other new releases.

Ohm Beads Yellowstone Collection

In celebration of the first National Park in the U.S., OHM wants to capture the essence of a visit to this vast swath of land set aside and preserved for generations to come. Touring Yellowstone National Park will leave you inspired. Look left, look right, an abundance of wildlife is everywhere. Wild coyotes hunting in the early afternoon. Enormous bison by the dozen are slowly meandering while they graze, blocking traffic from time to time. It is not uncommon to see a moose showing off its gorgeously massive horns for everyone to see.

Yellowstone National Park is simply amazing! It is always important to think about and care for this planet. After witnessing the great endurance of nature in a place like Yellowstone we are truly awed and inspired.

DANCING COYOTES

Find a friend and get down! It’s never too late to get your dance on. These two coyotes tussle and roll in the grasses and fields of Yellowstone, and now your wrist too. Jump and bound around with your friends.

MOOSING AROUND

Sometimes you have to play. It is important to remember that no matter how big or how small you are you continue to embrace that creative sense of self and see there is value in being silly, being a goof, or just moosing around.

BRAVE BISON

Guarding the gates and wandering the lands of Yellowstone are bison aplenty. Sadly the bison herds of this continent have been hunted to the brink of extinction. They once roamed huge areas of land and are now only found in locations like Yellowstone. The OHM Brave Bison will happy guard any focal bead you have by flanking both sides?

Ohm Beads Yellowstone Collection Summary

I have to confess I’m not a huge fan of animal themed charms in general, mostly because I find them so over done within the bead world. That said Ohm do tend to choose animals not typically represented (unlike the endless puppies and kittens we tend to see.)

I sorely wish they’d included some glass in this release. For me Ohm are lacking in collection glass right now and something that captured the beauty of Yellowstone would have made the release feel a little more complete for me. Instead I’m sat pondering what glass I can actually use for these silvers to truly capture the beauty of the area. That aside the designs look intricately detailed and though the Brave Bison looks a little strange from certain angles, (it’s the two-headed thing,) I do understand why they’ve made that decision.

As always I love to hear from my readers. What are your thoughts on the Ohm Beads Yellowstone collection and are these must haves for you? Hit the comments and let me know!
